How can I get a refund?
Please contact your point-of-purchase for the latest information on refunds for cancelled performances.
What if I have tickets for a postponed FSCJ Artist Series show?New tickets will be issued for all FSCJ Artist Series events. Old tickets will NOT be accepted. New tickets will be a different color. These events include HAMILTON, REZA-EDGE OF ILLUSION, RIVERDANCE, AN EVENING WITH C.S. LEWIS, and SCOOBY DOO LIVE. If you have further questions about FSCJ Artist Series events at 904-632-5000.
How will we find out the new date for a postponed show?
For postponed events, please continue to check our website or check your email from which you bought tickets.
What are the box office hours?
The VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena box office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
